GAME COMMENTS: The Shreveport/Bossier Mavericks showed rust early on from the Christmas Break, but with Trey Moore sparking the Mavs off the bench helped the Mavericks to a 26-15 1st quarter lead. In the 2nd quarter PJ Couisnard controlled the lane and the Mavericks extended their lead to 20 and led 64-33 at the half. In the second half it was all Mavericks as the Mavs started to look like the dominating Team they've been all season long. Mavs Roll On to another Big Win!!!

GAME SUPERLATIVES: The Mavericks had balanced scoring with 7 players scoring in double figures. Ed Horton led the way with 20 points. Pj Couisnard (16 points-12 rebounds) again posted a Double/Double as he continues his League MVP caliber season!

RECORD: Mavericks move to 12-0 on the season. (12 straight wins is the best start to a season in Mavericks History)

GAME NOTES: The Mavericks have now won a record 38th straight game! It is the Mavs 49th straight Home Win! The Mavericks now hold a 101-7 record in the ABA.

SCHEDULE: The Mavericks will now hit the road as they travel to New Orleans next Saturday night to take on the New Orleans Cougars. The Mavs defeated the Cougars 117-102 in the opening game of the season.
