GO MAVERICKS!!!

Currye Todd has won more ABA Championships than anyone. In his five year professional basketball playing career Todd has won four ABA Championships. One more than former teammate both in pro basketball and collegiate basketball Lamar Sanders (Sanders played in Japan last season).

Todd will return to where he began his professional basketball career. The Southeast Texas Mavericks is the team with which Todd won his first two ABA championships. His last two, over the last two seasons, were won with the Jacksonville Giants. Todd will play for the Mavericks again, but this time in a new city. The Shreveport-Bossier Mavericks will take the court in November looking to continue their winning traditions in Northern Louisiana.

Currye Todd was the 2009 ABA Rookie of the Year. He was an integral part of both the Mavericks and Giants Championships. Todd is known for his long range shooting and his reputation as a winner follows him wherever he goes.
