#1-Shreveport/Bossier Mavericks 128 -- Baytown Bandits 60

GAME COMMENTS:
The #1 ranked Shreveport-Bossier Mavericks (13-0) went on the road Tuesday night and finished 2014 with another decisive win over the Baytown Bandits (6-2) in Baytown, Texas.

It was a homecoming for the Mavericks as they returned to SE Texas for the 2nd straight season. The SB Mavericks have several players from Houston, TX, so with many of the Mavericks Family members in the stands along with many Mavs Fans from the SETX the Mavericks treated them with quite a display of Team Basketball.

The Mavericks Defense forced Baytown into 35 turnovers and the Mavs had 31 team assist for the game.

Houstonian and 1st Team All-ABA Player PJ Couisnard paced the way with 21 points. Couisnard again showed the form that has made him an All-League Player and Championship Finals MVP in 2011.

Shreveport-Bossier led from start to finish leading at halftime 56-26 and then cruising to a 68 point win in the 2nd half.

GAME SUPERLATIVE:
PJ Couisnard scored 20 + points for the 3rd straight game with 21 points. Couisnard also pulled down 7 rebounds and had 5 steals. The Mavericks had 7 players score in double figures. The Mavs also dished out 31 assist for the game (Chris Hagan led with 8 assist).

RECORD:
The Mavericks are 13-0 on the season, and have now Won 73 consecutive games.

GAME NOTE:
The Mavs have now won 77 straight games at Home.

SCHEDULE:
The Mavericks return home to the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum this weekend and will host the Birmingham Blitz Saturday night (7 PM Tip-off) and the Texas Rimrockers Sunday afternoon (Tip-off 4 PM).

MAVS COURTSIDE NOTE:
Tonight's Win on the road was Coach T's 599th of his Coaching Career. The longtime Mavs Coach will go after his 600th Win on Saturday night vs Birmingham.
